Ingredients:

- Corn Tortillas
- 500 gr Shrimp
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1/2 Onion
- Cilantro
- 1 Chile Poblano
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Chipotle
- 1 tsp Mayonnaise
- 15 gr Butter
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Knorr
- Salt & Pepper
- Olive Oil
- 350 gr Mozzarella or Gouda Cheese

Procedure:

1. In a bowl we put the shrimp in small pieces and add paprika, Knorr chicken broth, garlic, salt, pepper and stir.

2. In a skillet over high heat, put the butter with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add garlic and onion to sauté.
3. Add the poblano chile and cook for 1 minute.
4. Add the tomato with the oregano, salt, pepper and mix, let it cook for 4 minutes.
5. Add the shrimp and incorporate everything until the shrimp change color.
6. Add the mustard, mayonnaise, chipotle and incorporate.
7. Turn off the heat and add the cilantro.
8. Heat the tortillas and add the cheese to melt.
9. Add filling on one side and fold, wait for the tortilla to brown a little.
10. Serve hot
