Ingredients:

- 1 kg Broad Beans
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Garlic Glove
- 1 Jalapeño
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Chili Powder
- Lime

Procedure:

1. In a frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil along with the onion and garlic until it becomes golden brown.

2. Then add the beans and the jalapeño, season with salt and pepper.
3. Let the beans sew until they are tender inside. Cover and leave over medium heat.
4. Serve with chili powder and lime
