Salad Ingredients:

- 1 Dried Apricot Lettuce
- Spinach
- 400 gr. Fresh Cheese
- 3 Pasilla Chili
- 3 Tortillas
- 1 Cup of Parsely
- 3 Chambray Onion
- 6 tomatoes
- 2 Avocados

Dressing Ingredients:

- 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ cup White Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 3-5 Lemons
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Knorr (optional)

Procedure:

For the dressing: Mix all ingredients by hand or in a blender. Season to taste. Reserve

 

1. Cut the dried apricot lettuce into large pieces and the spinach.

2. Put in a salad bowl the lettuce, spinach, cheese, chiles, tortillas, parsley, onions, tomato and mix everything with the vinaigrette.
3. At the end we decorate with avocado and if desired, with more tortillas.
