Salpicón Ingredients:

- 12 Tostadas
- 800 gr of Shredded Meat
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 3 Lettuces
- 2 cups Cilantro
- 1 Serrano Chile

Dressing Ingredients:

- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 5 Lemons
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- ½ tbsp Maggi Sauce
- ½ tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Salt & Pepper
- Knorr

 

Garnish Ingredients:

- 2 cups of Refried Beans
- 200 gr Cotija or Fresh Cheese
- Cream
- Hot Sauce (optional)
- Avocado
- Toast

Procedure:

1. We season the meat with salt and pepper and seal it on both sides, then we put it in the pressure cooker with water, 1 garlic and 1 piece of onion for 50 minutes, we take it out and shred it.

2. In a salad bowl mix all the ingredients for the salpicón.
3. In another bowl mix all the dressing ingredients and pour it into the salpicón, stir well.
4. We assemble tostadas by putting a bed of beans, then salpicón, cream, cheese, salsa and avocado.
