Ingredients:

- Maseca Flour for Tortillas
- 3 cups Refried Black Beans
- Salt
- Green or Red Sauce
- 1/2 Onion
- 3/4 cup Cotija Cheese
- 3/4 Pork Rind
- 1/2 Sour Cream

Procedure:

1. Make the dough according to the package instructions.

2. Begin to form thick oval-shaped tortillas and fill with 1 or 2 tablespoons of beans.
3. Close the dough as if they were quesadillas and begin to form an oval shape, flattening a little but without letting the beans come out.
4. In a skillet over medium heat begin to put the tlacoyos to be sewn, turning them until they are golden brown.
5. Serve with sauce on top, cheese, chicharrón, onion and cream.
6. You can put different things on top such as chorizo, nopales, meat, etc.
